Great watch as ever
I’ve followed K2 for more than two decades, catching them everywhere from Crawley to Worthing to Brighton, and they’ve never once coasted. They turn up, lock in, and give everything. That consistency is rare, and it’s exactly why they deserve far wider recognition.
My latest stop was June 28 at the Tudor Tavern in East Preston. Even for a Sunday 6.30 slot, the place was packed wall to wall, and the band fed off it straight away. The togetherness was as strong as ever, tight and compact in that way only long‑standing units manage. They rolled through a set of crowd‑pleasing covers, slipped in some fresh material I hadn’t heard before, and added a couple of their new tracks for good measure.
Another night, another full house, another reminder of why they’ve lasted. K2 don’t just play gigs; they deliver evenings that stick with you.
